Termination

If a student violates any of the basic ethics as outlined below, (s)he may be immediately terminated at the sole discretion of the Professional School as a student participating in any and all of its offerings. The Professional School does not put students on probation. There is no tuition refund. A student may be terminated from the program based on any of the following:

  • Submission of fraudulent credentials
  • Submission of inaccurate information
  • Inappropriate behavior during courses and proseminars
  • Discrimination based on cultural or racial background
  • Submission of exam/assignment materials taken from others
  • Copying the work of others without appropriate reference
  • Violates the Professional School copyright rules (as described elsewhere)
  • Failure to make timely tuition payment

Termination is determined based on the decision of a committee consisting of the President and the Director of Education. Students may make appeals by sending an email to the Board of Directors at [email protected]. Decisions made by the Board of Directors shall be final.
